Our kebab was very nice, although salad items were missing from one of the kebabs, I still enjoyed it. Unfortunately it was half an hour late, so arrived just warm.

When ordered it said arrival time 20:15 phones them by 20:25 was told be with me in 20 minutes 30 minutes later still nothing phones again to be told the driver is only just leaving seriously considering going elsewhere in the future

Once again they left our all the sauces and dips. Chips were soggy too. Shame really. Not worth contacting as food would get colder waiting for the dips. Not sure why we keep using this kebab house they always miss things out.

We order using your app but you don’t really read them. I asked for the salad to be separate and some chillies and got nothing. This is the second time we have had issues and now thinking of trying somewhere else although going to you for several years

I always loved this kebab shop. The staff, the food have always been the best. The last two times though the food has arrived cold. This time, it was 30 minutes later than the expected arrival and stone cold. Was disappointed and disposed of.

I love this place, but tonight I have been let down. I telephoned to mention I'd been given chips without cheese. A quick check of my order and the person on the phone has put a note on my account for free cheesy chips with my next order :) Unfortunately, my kebab is also wrong - I ordered a mixed doner and received a lamb doner. It felt too awkward to call back. Food is always excellent quality and service is lovely and friendly - just got it wrong this time.
